We spent years building software for other people — good work, but always someone else's product.
One night, on another late call, four of us started talking about building something of our own instead. It didn't go away, so we started.
No funding, no office — just engineers who wanted their work to be theirs.
That became NightPatch Dev.
The team

We don't have a headquarters. We work from home, meet over Discord, and do our best thinking late — architecture on a call past midnight, code reviews before anyone else is awake.
